Originally, this is a two day training on person centered thinking for people who receive disability services facilitated by people with intellectual disabilities. We have created videos about some of the topics discussed in the training.

In the training, people to learn what is important “to” and important “for” them, what they like and dislike for work, what supports they might need to be successful, identify their dreams and goals, and builds expectations of person centered supports. This training was adapted from the Learning Community for Person Centered Practices to include Employment.
