Department on Disability Services, Rehabilitation Services Administration (DDS/RSA), is seeking to establish BPAs with Contractor(s) to provide Various Medical Services for people who are disabled. The Contractor shall provide goods or services to the District at a price that is as low, or lower than the prices charged to the their most favored customer for comparable goods or services under similar terms and conditions
