Finding, qualifying, renting, or buying affordable and accessible housing in D.C. can be a challenge without guidance, financial assistance, or subsidies.
You can use The Guide to find government and non-profit resources that provide security deposits, first month’s rent, subsidized housing, homebuyer’s down-payment assistance, closing costs help, credit counseling, foreclosure prevention, and more.
The Guide also has interactive features that provide opportunities to learn from how-to videos, sign-up for housing workshops and give feedback on your housing success stories and challenges.
