District of Columbia (D.C.) law and regulations require the D.C. Department on Disability Services (DDS) to ensure collection of contributions to costs for people receiving DDS Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) residential supports.
Amend Title 29 DCMR by adding the following new Chapter 19 to read as follows: Chapter 19 - Home and Community-based Waiver Services for Persons with Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.
1900 - General Provisions
This agreement form is from Department on Disabilities Services (DDS) is designed to be completed and approved before accepting the services of a volunteer. Volunteer services are authorized under the Volunteer Services Act of 1977, effective June 28, 1977 (DC Law 2-12; D.C.
The purpose is to communicate how the employees of the DDS can elect to transfer accrued annual or universal leave to another employee within DDS and how such transfer activities will be managed within the Agency.
