Amend Title 29 DCMR by adding the following new Chapter 19 to read as follows: Chapter 19 - Home and Community-based Waiver Services for Persons with Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities.

1900 - General Provisions

1900.1 - The purpose of this chapter is to establish criteria governing Medicaid eligibility for Home and Community-based Waiver Services for Persons with Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities (Waiver) and extablish conditions of particpation for providers of Waiver services.
