RSA supports employers in their marketing and advertising for talent by:
- Electronically advertising job vacancies to hundreds of job seekers.
- Providing an opportunity for employers to present information to job seekers and vocational rehabilitation counselors about their company, staffing needs and expectations for successful job applicants at our in-house Industry Spotlights.
- Marketing company vacancies and branding at quarterly job fairs.
- Establishing internship opportunities to train and preview job seekers up to 90 days through our Talent Preview Program. RSA will provide hourly wages to interns, when funding is available, through a third-party vendor which provides liability coverage.
