Become a Provider of Services Funded in Whole or in Part by DDA

In preparation for a HCBS provider enrollment applications’ process update, until October 3rd  of  2016 , the Department on Disability Services/ Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDS/ DDA) will not be accepting any provider enrollment applications. To be informed of the most recent updates, please refer to the website at www.dds.dc.gov/ .

There will be no potential/ prospective provider information sessions scheduled before the projected date of October 3, 2016. While the provider enrollment application is closed and there are no Provider Relations’ information sessions scheduled, the Provider Relations Business Unit (PRBU) and Waiver Unit recommend prospective providers to become knowledgeable of DCMR/ General Provisions corresponding to HCBS Rule Settings/ Waiver Service Definitions.

To open an ICF/IDD home funded through the Medicaid State Plan, interested providers must contact DHCF and Department of Health, Health Regulatory and Licensing Administration (DOH/HRLA) license and certification.
