Transition Referrals and Intake

The purpose of this Transition Referrals and Intake Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to describe the process for receiving and assigning referrals for transition and pre-employment transition services and for scheduling intakes for the transition unit in RSA.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.
