The Law – Disability Services Reform Amendment Act of 2017 (DSRAA)
Starting May 5, 2018, the District has a new law named the Disability Services Reform Amendment Act. The law has three parts. Each part does one big thing.
1. Name a supporter for decision making.
2. File a complaint about supports and services.
3. Make a life choice about civil commitment.

All three things are to improve the lives of people with disabilities who live, work and play in the District of Columbia.  Learn more>>
