ISP Distribution Procedure

This purpose of the Individual Support Plans Distribution Procedures is to delineate DDS division responsibilities for distribution of a person’s Individual Support Plan (ISP) to the person and his or her support team, following a planning meeting.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.
