Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) Flyer: DCRSA would like to thank everyone for their committed and enthusiastic participation in the Needs Assessment process. Whether you attended a focus group, completed a survey, or both, your input has been pivotal to the success of the Needs Assessment and to improving employment outcomes for District residents with disabilities. This presentation by SDSU will summarize the findings of their report, which will be released later in June to the public.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.
