This purpose of this revised Training Procedure is to establish the standards, guidelines and training requirements for all provider staff that deliver supports and services to people receiving services as part of the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) service delivery system.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
