Records Management Policy

The purpose of this policy is to establish the protocols, procedures and standards that govern how individuals will formally request information from the permanent records of individuals receiving services as part of the DDS delivery system.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
