HCBS IFS Waiver 2025 Renewal

The Individual and Family Support (IFS) Waiver renewal application will be effective October 1, 2025. A summary of all proposed substantive changes in the renewal application, including detailed information about any substantive changes to rates and copies of the waiver renewal application, and information of the virtual public forum to review proposed changes to the renewal application will be posted soon.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
