The purpose of this procedure is to establish the standards and guidelines by which the Developmental Disabilities Administration ("DDA"), will sanction providers whose performance related to the procurement, repair, or maintenance of adaptive equipment is deficient, or which poses a serious threat to the health, safety and well being of the person(s) receiving services from the agency.
