RSA Provider Report Card

To facilitate the exercising of informed choice, DDS RSA will develop a Provider Report Card for each Community Rehabilitation Program and other DDS RSA providers and vendors. The report card will include data on the provider’s profile, performance and consumer satisfaction levels.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
