Every employee that RSA refers has received rehabilitation services which may include: career counseling and guidance, formal education, and general job training to ensure job readiness.

In addition, RSA staff will assist you and your new employee with on-the-job support to make sure that the transition is a smooth one. In particular, we can help with technical assistance relating to reasonable accommodations and accessibility for the employee.
