Eligibility and Intake Process

The Rehabilitation Services Administration requires all prospective clients to complete the RSA Intake Form. The application process is the first step in meeting your employment goal. You will work with an assigned Counselor to validate your eligibility for services and develop an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE).

DDA

The Developmental Disabilities Administration Intake and Eligibility Determination Unit (IEDU) is responsible for receiving and processing applications and determining eligibility for people who apply for DDA services.

Person-Centered Thinking

Person-centered thinking is a philosophy behind service provision that supports positive control and self-direction of people’s own lives. DDS is working to implement this through training sessions and other agency wide initiatives.

Employment First Initiative
