The following information included in the attached document is the updated Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver services documentation requirements for Persons with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and the Individual and Family Support (IFS) waivers, per DC Municipal Regulations (DCMR) and DDS policies and procedures.
