  • Maintain professional communication standards as outlined in DDA Customer Service Guide
  • Respond to all requests for information within 24 hours of your initial request
  • Provide personalized support to ensure assistance and that the support offered is the “best match” for your need
  • Provide a follow up courtesy call after referring a caller to an outside source for information
