Eligibility determination for vocational rehabilitation services leading to the development of the Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) for out-of-school youth referred. Services include assessments (as deemed appropriate and based on existing information from schools and other sources) including vocational, medical, psychological, and assistive technology career/vocational as well as career guidance and counseling services.
