Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA)

The purpose of the Developmental Disability Services Administration is to provide the daily leadership, oversight and direction for the work of the programs administration within the Department on Disability Services.  These functions include assisting in developing policies and procedures for the programs divisions, developing short and long range goals to ensure effective functioning of the program administration, acts as the budget authority in the area of program execution, and is responsible for reviewing and analyzing management reports and providing recommendations to the Director in order to enhance the functioning of the programs administration.  This division is also responsible for spearing the agency’s long-term strategic planning efforts.
