The Contracts and Procurement Administration is responsible for proving quality contract management in accordance with applicable District procurement laws.  The Administration provides assistance, advice, training and guidance to DDS in procuring goods and services to meet the needs of the organization and its customers.  The Administration administers all contracts, makes awards and establishes contract administration pre and post award procedures.
