Professional services included in this rule are Massage Therapy, Sexuality Education, Acupuncture, Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Dance Therapy, Drama Therapy, and Fitness Training.  This service can be delivered at the provider’s place of business, in a day habilitation program, one’s own or family home, or provider operated home. 

 

 

This rule sets reimbursement rates for these professional services and limits the total expenditure to $2,250 per participant per year.  The service must have specific outcomes described in the ISP and be ordered in the Plan of Care.
